Adaptation of the work in the environment: The industrial zone where the building is located allowed a lot of formal freedom, but it had to break with the architectural poverty of the area, and mark a milestone in the population, and is achieved thanks to the red color of the same logo of the Vodafone company.
Singularity and character: The building is an icon for the closest environment. And its character is given by a set of prefabricated pieces that move from the ground floor to the upper ones of the first floor, giving a game and very singular and pleasant energy.
Internal distribution is simplified on the basis of a unified strip for wet rooms and for rooms that need more compartmentalization; and the work areas with open spaces are left in front of the front, taking advantage of it to take advantage of the openings / windows generated by the facades to the south.
Economy of Resources: All the structure has been planned to be prefabricated, also the facade panels, thus reducing both the cost of work and the time of execution (panel company: www.prefabricatspujol.com). The interior partitions have been made of plasterboard.
Rigor in the technical aspects of maintenance and saving: The facade has become very flat to avoid maintenance problems in the future. The carpentries have been planned double, on the one hand with very wide sheets to filter the summer sun on the south side, as by a white glass that is open up and down to let the air flow, and finally the Actual closure is restricted into the more interior part of all facade.
